By accessing or using CompTIA Prep ("Service"), operated at comptiaprep.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CompTIA Prep is an AI-powered practice quiz generator for CompTIA certification exams. Questions are generated by artificial intelligence for study purposes only. We do not guarantee that our questions will appear on actual CompTIA exams.

3. Accounts and Access

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account access with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Account

• Free accounts get 10 solo and 30 multiplayer questions per day.
• The daily limit resets at midnight (local time).
• Free accounts do not expire. Upgrade for unlimited access.

5. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are available as monthly subscriptions or one-time purchases (3-month and yearly passes).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• One-time purchases (3-month and yearly) do not renew automatically.
• All prices are listed in USD.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us at support@comptiaprep.net within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund where appropriate.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or republish quiz content generated by the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or payment requirements

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, its design, and its code are the intellectual property of CompTIA Prep.
• AI-generated quiz questions are provided for personal study use only.
• CompTIA® and related certification names are trademarks of CompTIA, Inc. CompTIA Prep is not affiliated with or endorsed by CompTIA, Inc.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that quiz content will be accurate or comprehensive.
• Quiz questions are AI-generated and may contain errors. They are for practice purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole study resource.
• We make no guarantees about exam outcomes or certification results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompTIA Prep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
